A TRUE FAMILY AFFAIRE
We are excited to be the new owners of a family restaurant located in the heart of Stony Mountain!
The vision for our restaurant in two words is COZY and WELCOMING! Growing up in a large French family, there were many opportunities to create family memories and wonderful traditions. One of these traditions consisted of gathering the family, preparing meals together, and enjoying great conversation. We want to continue to re-create those fond memories and opening our restaurant will give us that chance. to share our love for food.​

Carl Dannenberg
Carl has been successfully cooking and managing restaurant kitchens for over 33 years. His experiences range from various sizes of restaurants from 20-100 seats. He is excited to be the owner of Summit Café, which allows him the flexibility to set high standards in service and food quality as well as share his passion for food. He also enjoys coming out to visit with our guests or help out the staff in the dining room and ice cream parlor when needed.
Nadine Dannenberg
Nadine manages the day to day operations of the restaurant. From ensuring our guests are feeling welcomed to making the work atmosphere fun for the staff. Nadine also has formal training and work experience managing in the hospitality industry. While raising their family, she took a hiatus from the restaurant industry and became a Manager of Customer Service in the financial industry. She has always had a passion for food, so she is happy to be back in the restaurant industry, working along side her husband.

Evan and Noah will be helping out here and there, earning themselves some ice cream for their hard work!
Josée Wiedmer
Our sister, Josée has made major contributions to our restaurant from working on the recipes and menu planning, to helping out with the day to day operation and designing our special cafe. She is extremely creative and loves designing outside the box. Throughout the restaurant, you will find items that have been given a new lease in life by re-purposing them. Some of these items such as furniture, flooring, and decor have given our place some unique flair.
The additional staff that help make us a success are:
Shawna, Brittany, Shawn, Krista all help ensure our guests have a friendly and special visit to our Café.
