I have not assembled a list of hotels in Iceland for you because I was not sure if you had planned on venturing out of Reykjavik.  I have picked out my favourite hotels that I think would work for you  The 4 star hotel prices are between $200 - $300cad.

 

I would suggest a trip along the Golden Circle Route that takes 2 nights,  You can either stay enroute or in Reykjavik.
